(one or more days\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a week<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">)<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>SALARY:<\/strong> the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Colombian<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0minimum wage is\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">828.100<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0for the year of 20<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">19<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, but the employe<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0can<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">declare\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">up<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0to 30% in\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">fees\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">such as feeding the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">w<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">orker and providing\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">room<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and t<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">he other 70% has to be paid in cash.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Only applies for maids intern.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ASSISTANCE FOR TRANS<\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>PORTATION:<\/strong> It is mandatory to pay for domestic\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">workers<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0who live outsider their place of work.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0This a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mount:\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">97.032<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pesos<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0per month.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>BENEFITS:<\/strong> The employe<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0of a full time maid should\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">pay<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0benefits related to SENA, ICBF or family compensation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>CESANTIAS<\/strong><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0I<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">t is a month of salary per\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">year<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0of work.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In case the housekeeper has not been<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">working a complete year, you pay her<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0proportional to the time of work<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. The\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">verbal\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">contract\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">means it is<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0full time<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">employment for an<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0undetermined\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">period of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">time.\u00a0 A written contract\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">can be\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">for<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">specific<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0period of time, like one year,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">which can be renewed each year.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The employee can\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">only\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sue\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">for the period during the last written contract.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0The oral contract permits the employee to sue for\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">all years they worked for the INSURANCE and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">professional<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0risks<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Part time worker:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span
