ESTEBAN RADA Founder and main partner is a lawyer from Universidad de Medellin with two Graduate Degrees in civil and family law, a diploma in criminal law and has a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana.

He is a famous published author, and his most recent book regarding the civil marriage based on the decisions of the Constitutional court of Colombia, called in Spanish ( Matrimonio civil desde la jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional) 2018 is a book used for reference when people or officers of government have question regarding the process of civil marriage
His thesis for the master degree is the only book available for the case of divorces granted in other countries and people need to have that judgment registered in Colombia, in order to obtain the termination of the marriage contract in Colombia. This is a process called exequatur.
